Snowfort ("the game") is made by NextArc Studio. The game has no accounts and never asks for your name or email address. This page explains what information is used and why.
Saved on your device
Your progress, unlocks and settings are saved on your device. Deleting the game deletes them.
Crash reports
If the game crashes or freezes, it sends a report to our error-tracking provider, Sentry, so we can fix the problem. A report contains technical details only: the game version, your device model and iOS version, and what the game was doing when it failed. We set up reports so that no name, contact details, IP address, location or screenshot is kept, and they aren't linked to you.
Purchases
Any purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Children
The game isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your choices
You can delete the game to remove its data from your device. To ask about your data, write to snowfort@nextarcstudio.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its date.
